Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by Donorbox and its payment partners, subject to their terms and privacy policy. By donating, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, in the wrong amount, or without authorization, contact us at the address below within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith and refund it where appropriate.
- You may cancel a recurring donation at any time, with no effect on gifts already processed, either by emailing us at the address below or by using the management link in your Donorbox confirmation email.
- Banyan Branch Corporation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 42-2901274). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Consult your tax advisor about your specific situation.
- We use donations to advance our charitable mission and apply general operating discretion in doing so. We honor properly documented restricted gifts where we are able to accept them.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and design — are owned by Banyan Branch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use.
You may share links to the Site and use materials we have expressly designated for sharing (such as the campaign QR code and share buttons) for their intended purpose. Otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. The “Banyan Branch” name and logo may not be used without permission.
